Who doesn’t love Jennifer Lawrence? Funny, quirky, sincere, and just downright lovable—she’s most certainly a fan favorite. In this larger-than-life portrait, Lawrence gazes toward the viewer, lips slightly parted in an almost seductive manner. Her hair frames her face in waves, and the ultramarine blue of her eyes pops against the white that surrounds them. The coolness of the palette is balanced by bursts of bright yellow, and the paint is applied in a watercolor fashion—allowing drips to trickle down Lawrence’s face.

      Thanks Cricket! I got those colors by using my Creek Washes which is when I mix creek water directly with the paint and stain the canvas and thick texture.
